TRUS biopsy

how this to be done?
hmm as elaborated in picture, seem some scanning probe need to be poked into the ass
then locate the prostate and take some sample by using a specific biopsy needle
is just a simple procedure taking 5 to 10 min, but the draw back is
oh.. gosh..the scanning probe just too huge.. OMG!!!

worst ever call in urology

this should be a passive call, meaning that
u should be sleeping at home on night..
but due to some operation complication, all night long we are in OT
clearing out other people shit..
today still have a day to go.. a long long sunday..
oh gosh, give me a break and give me a rest

urodynamic study

previously i wonder what is this test.. always heard consultant said if patient with problem of passing urine, should send them for urodynamic study..

it sound like :"wow" ...

seem like: "i will solve all your water work or plumbing problem"

now after seeing and performing this test.. it is actually nothing great..
just a diagnostic tool, and then the usual phase of doctor: "continue the same"
haha...

how to do it? hmmm it is weird, like some sort of crazy lab performing incredible hulk transforming procedure.. .. .. to the private part..

it need 2 transducers, each to the different hole of perineum, ie the urethral meatus and anus
with 2 wires connecting to the computer.

besides, it need also 3 taps, 2 tapping at both sides of the anus, and 1 at the thigh..
with wires connecting to the computer as well..

then with water instilling into the bladder through the penile transducer, the computer will measure the water work and pressure change etc etc etc..

interpretation is by manual, and all the high 5 term and medical jagons being used

and.. and... the management plan is the typical words: "continue the same"
