guess which part is it..it is scalp,
incision and drainage done, exposing skull and necrotic periosteum
i really dunno how dressing to be done
and not sure whether the skull will survive or not
hope for the best of him...
p/s: finally this patient died, for massive upper GI Bleed
my team resuscitated him from 1am to 5am
finally we lost him....
