tables are mainly at the back lane
the smell of frying food + steam from foods on table + longkang smell
make it an extra-ordinary nice place

now so near to cherating

karak highway now extends up to cherating..
so going to cherating become so near
even nearer than going to singapore or penang..
it just need 3 hours to lie on the pearl white sandy beach..

hmmm.... the chinese name is awesome:
translate will be as: shop specially selling condom

nice environment, attaching to hospital, but feel like an isolated place
with pond, fishes and waterfall

room wise, single air-cond room
with warm water shower..
the only different from hotel room is: there is no TV and freezer

good life for those working and staying here

fish and chip

fish and chip 150th birthday... that is today
this is actually originated from England, not US
i would say it is a partial/ psuedo junk food..
with low protein source and high fat/ high calories
just like local nasi lemak

but actually to prepare a proper fish and chip involved lots of knowledge
a well-prepared portion actually contents calories less than a Big Mac or Mac chicken deluxe

to CT scan

one of the routine is sending ventilated pt to CT Scan
and there is no portable ventilator avaiable
so basically we need to bag pt inside the scan room
in other word, it mean "cook" ur "balls"

usually i need to cook my ball daily
expose myself to these high radiation
giving myself risk of getting cancer
and all these are: "for the good of pt"
that we call this "CENTER OF EXELLENT"

tonight dedication is for medical student Ng Boon Keat
he replaced me to be in CT room, for his balls to be cooked...

that stupid jalan semangat, always with heavy traffic flow
and severe traffic jam...
but that is the way i need to pass through every evening after gym

when would the traffic in klang valley will improve?
i think it would get worse year after year... unless malaysia stops producing car

in this itallian restoran, it is catogariesd under spagattie in menu

so i smartly presume it is kind of spagattie and i ordered it

and it came as rice...

sort of rice mixed with spagattie source...

luckily taste still good...
