my first craniectomy

this is a 4-year-old boy, alleged fall and sent to hospital with GCS 3
pupils 4mm sluggish
thus after CT scan done, proceed for craniectomy

my first craniectomy, excitingly done
supervised by my specialist
simple and straight forward operation
settled within 1 hour

but outcome: as the common phase surgeon use
operation success, but patient died
