pancreatic pseudocyst

we are evil, bias to the patient, not all the patient been treated alike
this indian guy brought in by police officer, apparently was a rapist
try to escape in a police chase, and during the chase he hit his abdomen
then developed pancreatic transection, later formed a pseudocyst
we went in for gastrocystotomy.. under GA
and during the operation, hmmm something happen lah
the analgesia peri-operative tried to be optimized
hehe...
anybody can tell me, where is the doctor protocol and hippocratic oaths...
