this was a post call day, surgical team decided went for some out door activities
there was a paint ball game, at Kuang Sungai Buloh
it was fun, exciting and relieving
and also, by the name: 'PAIN ball'
yeah it was painful.. cos the pallet/ bullet than hitting on u
will leave a bruise on the body
while playing, we usually won't feel the pain,
this is due to adrenaline rush
and after bathe and rest, the pain start coming
if u ask me whether i wanna play again
yeah the answer is definitely : YES
