the patient has necrotising fasciitis over the right thighshe was admitted to orthopaedic ward
then the infection spread up to the loin region, surgical was referred
ortho burger said: "we will debrid the thigh region, and then surgical should come in for the area above inguinal ligament..."
somehow this phase was heard by MR Y, he was dame piss...
so, he shouted back to the ortho guys: "you all burger please discharge the patient, surgical will take over and we will do everything for the her!!!"
i feel kinda happy to hear that, as we all doctors should do the best for the patient, is not doing thing like work division, u do upper part, and i do the lower...
patient should be managed as a whole, not by the body part...
