what disease is it?

there is a patient admitted with cellulitis, but he has this congenital disease
i do not know what syndrome is it, neither the patient
somehow a plastic surgery was performed before

thus i started calling it a balloon disease, then during ward round
all the house officer also call it balloon disease
worse come to worse, the formal documentation was also written similarly

after that, i keep telling ppl that this is not a balloon disease
but still there are lots of ppl keep saying this is balloon disease

gosh, perhaps this is how a disease being named.. :)

finally Dr Ang told me this is called constriction band syndrome.. :)
